The Medipod Clinical Intake Pod
Our first product addresses one of healthcare's most persistent pressure points: the front door. Medipod captures structured patient history, symptoms, and observations before clinical contact.
Private Clinical Intake Environment
A self-contained, ventilated, wheelchair-accessible pod designed for high-flow environments such as urgent care, assessment units, and outpatient reception areas. Patients complete structured intake in a private, calm setting.
Structured Digital Triage
Guided symptom and history capture based on structured clinical questions ensures key information is collected early and consistently — reducing variability and supporting better-informed clinical decisions.
Clinician Handover Summary
A concise output for clinicians highlighting key findings and risk indicators to support prioritisation and next steps — designed to assist, never replace, clinical judgement.

Medipod Care Technologies Ltd is a UK-based health technology company focused on improving healthcare systems through practical, evidence-informed solutions.
We started with a simple observation: the first minutes of a patient’s journey are often the least structured and the most pressured. That insight led to the Medipod clinical intake pod — but it also revealed a wider truth. Healthcare is full of systems that could work better with thoughtful design and the right technology.
